89th Annual Festival Events

  • Immediately following the Spiritual Spaces concert | Knowles Memorial Chapel

A participatory art project with Trinity Preparatory School in collaboration with Rollins College to create a large-scale light installation for the exterior of Knowles Memorial Chapel.

Light installation artist Karen Brummund, in an open studio, worked with Trinity Prep students to craft subject matter for video projection onto the chapel facade. In a community build this past week with seventh graders, participating hands have transformed the fabrication into fragments of light. The resulting Posture of Harmony imagery gives shape to the generative presence of community, intent and presentation.
